直流电驱动绞车设计特点
l 轴支承采用滚子轴承，轴材料为合金钢；
l 滚筒开槽；滚筒的高、低速端均为通风式气态离合器；
l 刹车为液压盘式刹车；刹车盘水冷或风冷；
l 辅助刹车为电磁涡流刹车，水冷或风冷；
l 气换档结构；
l 链传动结构；
l 链条稀油润滑，轴承油脂润滑；
l 分体式结构。
Features of DC drawworks:
l All bearings are roller bearings. Shafts are made of alloy steel;
l The drum is grooved. Ventilating air clutches constitute the high and low speed ends;
l The brake is hydraulic disc brake. The disc of brake is water-cooled or wind-cooled;
l The auxiliary brake is eddy current brake, water-cooled or wind-cooled;
l Being shifted though air clutch;
l Being transmitted through chains;
l Chains are lubricated forcedly by thin oil, bearings are lubricated by grease;
l Split construction.
