中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯莫斯科2月27日消息，俄罗斯天然气巨头Gazprom周三表示，该公司旨在2013年年底前与中国石油天然气集团公司(CNPC)签署供气合同。此前两家公司的负责人进行了会谈。
俄气发布公告称：“两家公司同意加快有关通过东线管道输送俄罗斯天然气的谈判，并力争在2013年年底前签署购销合同。”
在需求下滑以及欧洲市场监管压力加大之际，俄气正寻求扩大对亚洲市场的供应。
几年来，俄罗斯一直寻求与中国达成供气协议，但由于双方在价格和路线方面存在分歧，相关谈判一直未能取得重大进展。
公告称，两家公司确认了供气的基本参数，包括供应量和首次供应的计划日期。该公司每年可能向中国出口天然气680亿立方米。
两家公司还讨论了通过俄气拟建的海参崴液化工厂向中国出口液化天然气的可能性。

MOSCOW--Russian gas giant OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS) aims to sign a contract to deliver natural gas to Chinese state energy firm China National Petroleum Corp. by the end of 2013, Gazprom said Wednesday following talks between the two firms' chief executives.
"Gazprom and CNPC agreed to intensify talks on supplies of Russian natural gas via the eastern route with the aim of signing a buy-and-sell contract by the end of 2013," Gazprom said in a statement.
Gazprom is seeking to boost supplies to Asia amid falling demand and regulatory pressure in its most lucrative European market.
Russia has for years sought to reach a deal with China, but talks have been hobbled by disagreements over price and potential routes.
Gazprom and CNPC confirmed base parameters for deliveries, including volumes and the planned date for first supplies, Gazprom said in its statement. Gazprom said it could export 68 billion cubic meters of gas to China per year.
The companies also discussed potential liquefied natural gas exports from Gazprom's planned Vladivostok gas liquefaction plant on Russia's Pacific coast.
