中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯东京3月1日消息，日本国际石油开发公司（Inpex）周五表示，公司已经完成了向道达尔公司转让澳大利亚Ichthys液化天然气（LNG）项目6%股权的交易。该转让计划是在去年7月份宣布。
Inpex作为该项目的作业者，当前拥有该项目66%权益，道达尔持有30%权益，另外四家日本公用工程公司持有剩余权益。
Inpex 没有具体透露6%权益的转让价格，但表示，此次出售将令公司截至3月31日的本财年净利润约420亿日元（4500万美元）。

TOKYO--Inpex Corp. (1605.TO) said Friday that it has completed the transfer of a 6% stake in its Ichthys liquefied natural gas project in Australia to Total SA (TOT). The transfer plan was announced in July.
Inpex now owns 66% of the project as the operator, while Total owns 30%. Four Japanese utilities separately own the rest.
Inpex didn't specify the value of the 6% stake, but said in a statement that the sale would boost its net profit this fiscal ending March by about Y42 billion ($45 million).
