中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯莫斯科3月4日消息，俄鲁克石油公司周一公告称，公司已经签署一份协议计划将位于乌克兰黑海奥德萨港口的炼油厂出售给Vetek集团。
这座设计加工能力为390万吨/年的炼油厂自2010年底以来一直处于闲置状态。鲁克石油表示，此次炼厂出售决定是鲁克石油公司重组其国际炼油资产的一部分。
鲁克石油表示，该交易有望在6月1日前完成，Vetek将收购该炼油厂99.6%股权。

MOSCOW--Russia's OAO Lukoil Holdings (LKOH.RS) has signed a deal to sell its refinery in Ukraine's Black Sea port of Odessa to Vetek Group, Lukoil said in a statement Monday.
The refinery, with a capacity of 3.9 million metric tons per year, has been idle since the end of 2010. The decision to sell is part of a plan by Lukoil--Russia's No. 2 crude oil producer--to restructure its international refining assets, the company said.
The deal is expected to be closed before June 1, Vetek will acquire 99.6% of the refinery's stock, Lukoil said
