In the Kemerovo region they plan to invest 11 billion rubles in gasification until 2024
Kemerovo, Neftegaz.RU. Kemerovo region adopted a regional gasification program for 2019-2023. 15 settlements will be gasified and 11 CNG filling stations will be built.
According to the program, by 2024 gas sales in the region will be at least 3.8 billion m 3 / year. According to Gazprom Kemerovo, in 2018 the volume of natural gas supplied by consumers in the region amounted to 3.122 billion m 3. Thus, the rate is planned to increase by 22%.
Program funding exceeds 11 billion rubles, incl. more than 7.7 billion rubles from the federal budget, more than 665 million rubles from the regional and local budgets. More than 2.7 billion rubles are supposed to be attracted from other sources, it follows from the program text that about 1.7 billion rubles means Gazprom.
According to the program, it is planned to gasify 15 settlements, lay more than 609 km of gas pipelines, build 11 gas filling stations, transfer almost 2 thousand motor vehicles and 5 boiler houses to gas. It is assumed that as a result of the program implementation, the level of gasification of the housing stock will increase from 1.56% today to 2.1%.
The implementation of the program is expected to reduce citizens' expenses for payment of utility services, reduce the negative impact of housing and utilities facilities and industrial production on the environment, increase the volume of industrial output and reduce its cost. By 2024, Gazprom will finance:
- construction of 7 CNG filling stations (totaling 1.26 billion rubles);
- transfer to gas 1.7 thousand units of motor vehicles (193.5 million rubles);
- construction of 34.5 km of inter-settlement gas pipelines (260 million rubles).
At the same time, the overdue receivables of enterprises of the Kemerovo Region for the supplied gas as of March 1, 2019 exceed 3 billion rubles. Gazprom Kemerovo reported that the sources provided for the bankruptcy production plan of the CHP are not enough to cover the debt and negotiations on the settlement of the existing debt with the authorities of the Kemerovo Region are continuing.
In September 2018, referring to the plan of social and economic development of the Kemerovo region until 2024, it was assumed to gasify 8 territories, including: 6 cities (Kemerovo, Novokuznetsk, Anzhero-Sudzhensk, Leninsk-Kuznetsky, Prokopyevsk and Yurga) and 2 districts (Kemerovo and Topkinsky). The governor of the Kemerovo region S. Tsivilev then confirmed that an agreement had been reached between the Kemerovo region and Gazprom on the restructuring of the accumulated debt for 25 years.
