Equinor

Norway's Oseberg oil, gas output fully shut down on 'unplanned event': Equinor
Norway's state-controlled Equinor has fully shut down oil and gas production from the Oseberg complex in the North Sea for unplanned maintenance expected to last around a week.
Equinor confirmed the full shutdown in an email.
Pipeline operator Gassco said on its website the shutdown had begun on Wednesday, May 8, for what it described as "corrective maintenance" that would last eight days.
The Oseberg complex produced nearly 110,000 b/d of oil last year, as well as around 9 million cu m/d of gas. Oseberg crude, derived from the Oseberg, Brage and Veslefrikk fields, is a contributor to Platts Dated Brent price assessments.
The North Sea market was already facing tight availability due to planned maintenance on Ekofisk and Statfjord, with shorter loading programs across the region for June.
