石油设备网讯 据世界天然气网站5月27日消息 立陶宛液化天然气进口终端运营商Klaipedos Nafta已批准将终端业务转移至其SGD终端。
在之前的一份声明中该公司表示,它已经创建了一个单位,计划在7月初将该终端的运营转移至该单位。
周一,Klaipedos Nafta称其董事会已经批准了此次业务转移。
该决定将在股东批准和立陶宛财政部批准后生效。
立陶宛是波罗的海三国中最大的一个,2014年12月开始通过位于Klaipėda港的FSRU Independence设施进口液化天然气。

KN approves LNG terminal operations transfer to SGD terminalas
Klaipedos Nafta, Lithuanian liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal operator, has approved the transfer of terminal operations to its unit SGD terminalas.
In a previous statement, the company said it has created a unit to which it plans to transfer the operation of the terminal at the start of July.
On Monday, Klaipedos Nafta said its board of directors has approved the transfer.
The decision will come into force following the approval of shareholders and the approval of Lithuania’s ministry of finance.
Lithuania, the largest of the three Baltic nations started importing LNG via the FSRU Independence located in the port of Klaipėda in December 2014.
