Novatek, Gazprom Neft to Team Up for Arctic Drilling
London-listed Novatek (NVTK.LN) said Thursday that it has signed an agreement with Russia's Gazprom Neft (SIBN.MZ) to collaborate in the exploration and development of hydrocarbon fields in the Arctic.
The companies signed an agreement of intent to establish a joint venture called Arcticgas.
