飓风周五表示林肯克瑞斯塔井，命名为205 / 26b-B，于7月12日开始钻探。
据该公司称，林肯克雷斯特在飓风林肯和华威资产的三井计划中排名第二——统称为大沃里克地区。
三井系列的首口井是华威深井，命名为205/26b-13z，由于该井没有按商业利率流动，最近钻探的结果令人失望。
这口井也是用“跨洋先导号”于4月16日开始钻探的。该油井的钻探结果于7月1日公布，已被封堵和废弃。
如果考虑到雷斯塔能源公司将华威列入今年关注的顶级初探井名单这一事实，华威的结果更加令人失望，由于飓风钻探前估计为9.35亿油当量，并表明成功率为77％ 。
随着Spirit Energy于2018年9月进入南部P1368和的P2294许可区，飓风拥有大华威地区50％的股权，其致力于在2021年制定全面开发的五阶段工作计划。

Transocean Leader rig spuds Hurricane’s Lincoln Crestal well off UK
UK-based Hurricane Energy has spudded the Lincoln Crestal well in the Greater Warwick Area offshore UK using the Transocean Leader semi-submersible rig.
Hurricane said on Friday that the Lincoln Crestal well, designated 205/26b-B, was spudded on July 12.
According to the company, Lincoln Cresthe second in a three-well program on Hurricane’s Lincoln and Warwick assets – collectively named the Greater Warwick Area.
The first well in the three-well series is the Warwick Deep well results, designated 205/26b-13Z, which was drilled recently with disappointing results due to the well not flowing at commercial rates.
It was also drilled using the Transocean Leader which started drilling on April 16. The results of the well were announced on July 1. The well was plugged and abandoned.
The Warwick results were even more disappointing if one takes into consideration the fact that Rystad Energy placed Warwick on its list of top wildcat wells to watch this year, citing Hurricane’s pre-drill estimate of 935 million boe, and an indicated 77% chance of success.
Hurricane has a 50% interest in the Greater Warwick Area following Spirit Energy’s farm-in to the P1368 South and P2294 licenses in September 2018, which committed to a five-phase work program targeting sanction of full field development in 2021.
