一、概述 GENERAL
转盘补芯按结构形式可分为绞销式、整体式和剖分式三种,按驱动方式分:有销轴驱动和四方驱动两种,分别适用于17 1/2~37 1/2(49 1/2)in 的转盘;装入内衬(有的无内衬)后,可连接符合API Spec 7K规定范围的转盘卡瓦和方钻杆滚子补芯。
Master bushings can be divided into three kinds of structure, hinged, solid or split. There are two kinds of driving way, pin and aquare . It is adapted to Rotary Table by size from 17. 1/2 to 37. 1/2 (49. 1/2in) respectively . When Insert Bowls is assembled, (some haven’t Insert Bowls), it can be connected with Rotary Slips and Roller Kelly Bushing that are manufactured accordance with API Spec 7K.
二、 使用要求 USAGE
(1)转盘补芯体上设有两个锁紧装置,更换内衬前必须提起偏心轴并旋转180°松开锁紧块(见下图)
There are two locks device in Master bushings. Retract the two locks before lowering the insert bowel halve. This is done by lifting and turning the two pins 180 degrees, then dropping them back into the recesses, after inserting lock bowls in place.(Figure 1)

(2)本公司的转盘补芯和内衬按API Spec 7K要求制造,与之配合的转盘和井口工具,其配合尺寸也必须符合API Spec 7K的要求
Our Master Bushings and Insert Bowls are made according to API Spec 7K. Rotary Table and Well Tool, which in coordinate with it also, must be made accordance with the instruction of API Spec 7K.
(3)具有API标准配合孔的四方驱动转盘补芯 和内衬,用短型或中型卡瓦能有效的使用到大钩载荷1112KN(250000Ib)。大钩载荷超过1112Kn(250000Ib)时,应采用加长内衬和中型或加长卡瓦(见下图)。
API standard, square drive Master Bushings and Insert Bowls can use short or medium slips in order to apply load of Hooks load 1112Kn(250000Ib) effectively. When load of Hooks Load exceed 1112Kn(250000Ib), you should use taper extend insert Bowls and medium or extra slips. (Figure 2)

(4)管柱被卡瓦挤压损坏的原因是由于使用磨损了的转盘、转盘补芯、内衬或卡瓦。也不要将上述新旧工具设备混合使用,以免造成管柱被挤压损坏(见下图)
Pipe is destroyed by slips. The reason is to use Rotary Table, Master Bushings, Insert Bowls or Slips that were worn and tom, Don”t use by mixing new and worn tools or equipments mentioned. Otherwise pipe would be destroyed . ( Figure 3 )

三、检查转盘补芯、内衬和卡瓦配合条件的简易方法。
Simple way of checking the contact of Master Bushings, Insert Bowls and Slips Coordinate
(1)将卡瓦放到转盘补芯中卡紧管柱
Put Slips into Master Bushing and Insert Bowls to grip the pipe
(2)提升钻具,提出卡瓦,详细的检查管柱卡紧位置上的轴向和圆周方向的卡痕情况。
Hoist drilling tool draw out Slips, Check mark remained in the Pipe tighten place, both axis direction and circumference one.
(3)如果转盘补芯、内衬和卡瓦配合适当,载荷会均匀分布在最大受卡位置上,管柱不会被挤压坏。
If Master Bushings, Insert Bowls and slips coordinate properly, the uniform load can distribute over the most gripped place, the pipe would not be torn and worn.
(4)如果卡紧位置上卡痕不一致,则有可能转盘补芯、内衬或卡瓦,不符合规范要求,为确定哪个工具有问题,应该用新的或基本新的卡瓦来重做实验,如果卡痕均匀,则证明原先的卡瓦有毛病。如果卡痕不均匀,则证明转盘补芯、内衬有问题。根据试验结果,决定对转盘补芯、内衬或卡瓦进行修理或更换。
If the trace isn’t identical, maybe one of the Master Bushings. Insert Bowls and slips doesn’t conform to standard Spec. To identity which tool has problem,you should use new or less new slip to have a test once again, If trace is uniform,then proves that slip has something wrong. If trace is not uniform, then it proves Master Bushings or insert Bowls has problem.According to the result of test decide to repair or exchange the Master Bushing, Insert Bowls or Slips.
